BoxCast will likely exist for a long time as the existing customers are loyal. With that said, there's not a clearly defined problem to solve within the existing target market that will accelerate growth in the near future. It will be a slow and steady growth.
On call hours can really add up on your weekends, and it can be tough to break into the in-group of the employees that have been there for a while. Hiring process was easy, but many new hires don't last very long because they were not screened for programming ability.
