Pros

- Client list include the largest retail and restaurant brands in America; great opportunity to build your resume with a lot of high profile clients. - Similarly, most staff email regularly with client-side teams so also a good source of diverse connections across corporate America. - W2GI provides a unique set of services that are very visible; can be interesting/satisfying to work on. - Small company and open office means good performance is very evident and recognized. - Senior leadership is personable and inspiring on a 1-on-1 basis - Decent facilities/kitchen with coffee and snacks, catered lunch every few weeks.

Cons

- Salary/benefits are OK for entry-level but static, i.e. negotiate upfront and don't expect a big raise each year. - ESOP provides little benefit because most employees do not stay long enough to start accumulating (2 years), or become fully vested (7 years). - High turnover: A lot of entry level employees are hired, poorly integrated, and then disappear after a few weeks. Also, the most competent employees tend to quit between 1-3 years. - A lot of clique-ish non-contributing employees with vague responsibilities. - Area surrounding office is semi-industrial and the lunch options are very limited/boring.

Pros

The people here work hard and believed in Manish. He comes off inspirational, and sometimes genuinely cares about his staff. It all unfortunately conflicts with how he operates his business. For a moment we had all the right people, but the CEO tends to always put his trust in the wrong people.

Cons

Brandify has been around the longest compared to all of their competitors, yet still runs like a start-up. People who work here need to be resourceful and run on zero budget. Departments are not empowered and productivity suffers because every little decision will always be made by the CEO. Brandify has recently lost and let go of some really good people that were making a difference. Unfortunately, our CEO has lost touch with his business. While he travels the world during the pandemic, there's a financial consultant (now interim CEO or COO) to oversee business operations who has contributed to a toxic work environment due to lack of compassion and the people skills to lead or make effective decisions, targeting people clearly based on personal animosity. Overall, the company is doing well and staying afloat, but using COVID as a reason to push a few key people out every couple months. We no longer have a Human Resources department and C level executives do not survive here. The company feels like it has lost it's soul. I hope the ship does not sink, but it is hard to see where it is headed when we have lost sight of what's important.
