Pros

I must admit, working at Brave is a very comfortable job. The pay is high, the work isn't demanding, and the company is very flexible with your hours. The whole company works remote globally.

Cons

The work culture at Brave is strange. Brendan Eich, the CEO, comes off as fairly red-pilled and attracts similar employees, at least in the engineering dept. Otherwise most people keep their head down and very few even bother to turn on their cameras during calls. It was a pretty lonely job in many respects. Otherwise, I wish they gave better benefits, but they make up for it with high pay.
