Very flexible when it comes to working from home. Vacation days go up to 20 after 2 years. Small company so you get great exposure to different types of projects and really get opportunities to shine at a young age. Very helpful IT staff.

You can get a really good experienced project team or be stuck with clueless managers and consultants that are mailing it in. It's really luck of the draw. Some weeks you have a great work life balance, others are just chaos.
