Pros
- Leaders that really listen and adopt recommendatioms - Lots of smart, driven folks that all like to hang out. - A mission to change the world The thing I really like is that our team members are constantly learning and growing. This is true of all the engineers and of the management team. Everyone is receptive to feedback. Meanwhile, the executive team is able to hold their ground on the north star of the company and keep it going.
Cons
Mainly, Brigade is still trying to find it's way to product market fit. This leaves us in a place where the team builds stuff and gets rid of it or reforms it periodically. It is a startup after all, I do expect this and think it is good for a company to do this. That being said, other people may not.
