      Pros

      Hiring and onboarding is made easy. Everyone is friendly. Pay is on par if not better than other landscape companies.

      Cons

      Benefits are ok. They should adjust the PTO amount.

      Good job and new manager has turned the place around.

      Cons

      1. Make you pay for take home company truck now used to be part of the job 2. Took away my managers sales bonus and he was not happy about it 3. All managers share a credit card for the entire branch 4. Bonuses are not what they used to be 5. Cuts are made company wide every quarter all to save Dales job and to show a shareholder profit yet the CEO makes millions with tones of bonuses and extras while little guys get crap pay
