Pros
Ever since I started working for BrightLemon I've been made to feel like work is home thanks to the team and management. My colleagues are friendly and genuinely caring people, and my director has always given me the support that I need.
The company has a really great ethos/culture that's focused on team health and wellbeing. This makes it a really lovely place to work. I think this culture is reflected in how much time/money is invested in employees, as we're given so many benefits for working at BrightLemon.
The work/life balance is perfect, as we're given 22 days holiday (plus public holidays), flexi time and a work from home scheme.
We also have regular team socials and a quarterly away day, which are always really fun and great for team bonding. My favourite team social so far was a pizza, games and drinks night and the last away day we had was to Winter Wonderland in London.
I've been given many development opportunities over the year that I've worked here, ranging from training courses to attending events and lectures.
There's also a clear bonus structure and opportunities for promotions dependant on performance. I've changed job titles twice since working for BrightLemon.
One of my favourite perks is the on-site gym and a gym membership.
All of these things make me feel as if the Director cares about my happiness and progress within the company, which makes me want to work harder in return. I can definitely see myself staying at BrightLemon and making a successful career with some friends for life.
