1. Recently firing has been happening very frequently after Siemens acquisition 2. Toxic upper management as they only care about visibility and not work 3. Too much politics, like management only promotes people who they know well 4. Appraisals are very low, and promotions are too slow 4. Roadmap is never aligned and they spend too much time into correcting processes when they should get their priorities straight first.
