Brightly Software Interview Questions

I had a good first interview where I was told I would be moving on to the next round and then I was ghosted. I found this to be disrespectful of a candidate’s time and poor reflection on the company.

2 Technical Rounds were conducted where i first met with a lady from US and then met with the (HR from India). Round-1 was quite smooth but Round-2 was very strange where they have given me a situation to talk to the interviewer as a potential candidate who has a counter offer and wants to negotiate. Seems like they have a very high candidate no show rate. And after the whole process i tried contacting the Recruiter (India) but there was no response. Even tried mailing her and the management about the feedback but got completely ghosted. Not Recommended.

1 round of 1 hr product interview with 2 PMs - ask experience-related questions - product related questions - some define yourself type of questions 1 round of final interview

There were 3 rounds apart from a basic intro call with HR. 1st and 2nd round was with International team members. Overall It was a good experience, everyone seemed nice to work with.

They followed the usual tech company interview process: 1) Recruiting phone screen. 2) Manager interview. 3) A series of stakeholder interviews. There were no homework assignments or standardized tests. I don’t know the total duration of the process because I was waiting around for several weeks without any communication from them (in other words I was ghosted), I finally got the hint that they’d moved on to other candidates, and I moved on too. They never bothered to tell me and didn’t respond to polite inquiries. My impression is that once they decide you’re not the right person, you no longer warrant simple communication or professional courtesy.

Apply online then get an email invitation for the first round of phone interviews, and the second round is an online interview. Then came the third online interview + technical test.

Phone interview then an in person interview with 2 rounds. The final round is a mock sales phone call. They were nice and asked basic interview questions. Make sure you have examples to support your answers.

The interview was easy and comfortable. The conversation seemed to go very smoothly. We discussed how my previous employment would be a good fit along with my technology acumen. I felt based on the conversation that I would be picked to move forward in the process but sadly was not.

3 stage process 1st stage - "Get to know you" read through CV etc. & Get to know Brightly 2nd Stage - Competency based questions 3rd Stage - More competency based questions and feedback from previous interviews
