Pros
When I came to Brightside Academy I was impressed because you could signup with the T.E.A.C.H scholarship program and start classes right away. I was also impressed that they supplied EVERYTHING for the babies/children: formula, cereal, baby food, 3 - meals, diapers and wipes. I appreciated the staff because they were friendly, welcoming, and they helped me to get acclimated to the company. Furthermore, they had free programs for the children...this is paramount for our communities to have. This helps families to grow, and when families grow communities thrive. I earned a decent salary...that was paramount for me. When covid-19 hit we didn't have to worry about when unemployment would kick in. They kept us employed, that was huge for me. Thanks again to the CEO for making the decision to stay open for the families who needed us.
Cons
The decrease in pay during the summer month was a big deterrent. That practice has changed since I stated and I am glad.
