      Pros

      I have the pleasure of working at a five star center. Working at a five star center has many advantages, although there are a lot of hoops to jump through the advantages far out way the extra work load. The resources for the center are endless. The professional team that I work with have been supportive and compassionate . I enjoy going to work each day.

      Cons

      Working at a five star center requires us to work to obtain those stars. The work load is greatly to the advantage of our students. Yes there is extra paper work and lesson planning but, this work load allows us to provide the extras our students require to become successful.

      Pros

      My time there was neutral. I enjoyed myself alot there and I met a lot of kind good teachers and staff. I also met some not so good ones. I think that’s at any job. I worked there from 2011-2016.

      Cons

      There were some unprofessional teachers and staff there. At times we didn’t have the adequate coverage for shifts and breaks. No sort of compensation for the parents coming to pick up their children late.
