Horrible Experience - Anonymous employee Brightway Insurance Employee Review

Horrible culture, horrible leadership. I've never hated a job until I worked at Brightway. The associates are miserable, you can see them running out the door or in the lunch room hating their lives. I cringe every time I see a Brightway office. Worst career move of my life.
