Great Place to Work and make friends - Analyst Brightway Insurance Employee Review

TBH I did not know what to expect when applying at Brightway. I've been in big companies my whole career and was scared of the change. But they are truly so organized, goal oriented as a company with VERY STRONG and transparent leadership. I truly feel like a part of a team and though there are difficulties sometimes in yhe marker with roles and compensation, etc. I truly feel like they take the effort to pay fair wages and deliver a personalized experience to their employees.
