Great Company - Property Manager Broe Employee Review

I do not have any cons for working at Broe. My transition from healthcare to Broe Group was very positive

Decent pay, there are no other pros

If you’re looking for a company who has no clue how Multifamily Operations are run this is the place for you. Most of the Executive Team lacks any and all people skills. The current Corporate Level management should not be in their respective positions and employee morale has hit an ALL TIME low since they took over in July. One of them was recently promoted in January and has never successfully managed a team or a property and they are the most condescending manager I have ever dealt with. They likely were only promoted so that Corporate could make whatever changes they wanted to without any pushback. They tend to hire “Yes Men” instead of hiring people with actual qualifications. They are constantly taking away employee perks, no more clothing allowance, recognition events are non existent, employee outings and holiday party are no more, but don’t worry there will be a pizza party with a bounce house, because that’s what adults want. Working here means you work for a company who doesn’t appreciate their employees at all. There are NO growth opportunities if you are good at your job, if you’re awful they’ll make up a position for you. There is NO diversity.
