Pros
There really isn’t too many pros for working for this company. If I had to pick one their health insurance coverage is good for the price.
Cons
They overwork all of their employees, they say they have a “flex” schedule but if you’re not at your desk before 8 and leave before 5 they’ll pull you aside and talk to you about your attendance. They expect you to answer your phone when you’re on vacation and work from home when you’re sick. There is not a good work life balance. Their work from home policy only applies when its convenient for the manager. The office is extremely political and you’ll only move up if you make connections with the people right people, that being said, many of the managers are under-qualified for the positions they are in and will throw people under the bus for their mistakes. The males in the office constantly harass the young females and no one seems to care about it. The hr department is useless and doesn’t actually help when you have a problem they ignore it until you give up trying to fix something.
