      They really care about you. Benefits are amazing. Room for growth. Lots of fun opportunities to mingle with coworkers

      Cons

      Starting pay is a slap in the face for how much work the role really requires. Plenty of opportunities to grow- only if you're willing to sacrifice your work/life balance. You will not have a life outside of this job

      Collaborative and friendly culture. Great place to learn how wholesale insurance works as an industry.

      Cons

      Your experience will vary greatly depending on which Broker team you start on.from what I’ve heard pay is less competitive. I don’t know exactly how though.
