      Joining BrowserStack has been a great learning experience for me. The products are constantly evolving, which encourages everyone to stay updated, adapt quickly, and continuously learn. The work environment is fast-paced and challenging in a positive way. The best aspects is the remote-first culture, which provides a lot of flexibility along with some good employee benefits.

      Cons

      Processes and priorities can change very quickly which feels a bit hectic sometimes.

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance with a strong employee-first culture. There are continuous learning opportunities, supportive leadership, and no micromanagement. Managers are approachable, and the company genuinely cares about employee well-being while offering great benefits.

      Cons

      I personally haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years, and my experience has been very positive overall.
