      Pros

      Being part of the Test Platform journey at BrowserStack has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. I feel like we’re at the forefront of shaping the industry, and the leadership team is deeply invested in making this a success. The outlook is incredibly positive, and I’m excited to be part of it.

      Cons

      The pay is decent. Overall, I've had a good experience, so there aren't many downsides to mention.

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance with a strong employee-first culture. There are continuous learning opportunities, supportive leadership, and no micromanagement. Managers are approachable, and the company genuinely cares about employee well-being while offering great benefits.

      Cons

      I personally haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years, and my experience has been very positive overall.
