      Pros

      I’ve had a great experience with the organization’s onboarding process. The training is comprehensive, covering everything from product knowledge and domain expertise to function-specific skills. This structured approach gave me ample time to get familiar with the company’s offerings and services, making my transition much smoother. I appreciate the strong focus on learning and development right from the start.

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance with a strong employee-first culture. There are continuous learning opportunities, supportive leadership, and no micromanagement. Managers are approachable, and the company genuinely cares about employee well-being while offering great benefits.

      Cons

      I personally haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years, and my experience has been very positive overall.
