      Pros

      Great training, family vibe, everyone sticks together and looks out for each other, help is always there.

      Cons

      Private company and so it's VERY top heavy on management. Top management makes every single decision. e.g. CEO has to approve any hire.

      Pros

      Lots of open cubicles and offices at the corporate headquarters. Decent medical and dental.

      Cons

      Not very competitive with the 3 major competitors. Very weak equipment and digital offerings. Outside of paper mills they are not well known. Too many old timers/good ole boys calling the shots.
