I worked at Bucknell University full-time

    Pros

Great co-workers. Beautiful campus. Wonderful benefits. Student body active and engaged with campus life and interested in personal development as a means for career success. Creative freedom. Great work/life balance.

    Cons

Very traditional environment. Processes move a little slow for my personal liking, although higher education as a whole is slower paced than say a corporate role. Not much room for career growth.

I have been working at Bucknell University part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Felt very supported by professors that I worked with

    Cons

It was sometimes hard to move around Teaching Hours, at the beginning of the semester some TAs could get stuck with bad slots to keep the whole semester
