      Decent benefits and pay, as well as interesting projects. Lavish events and spending.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture that starts from the top. You are dispensable here. Bullying is the name of the game here. Notice all the positive reviews that all occurred in the same two days? I would say they are more than suspicious and seem to not have any real cons noted. Scroll past those and you will see reality. Stay away!!! Any slight downturn and they will layoff 15-20% of the company and reduce your salary as they did at the start of the COVID pandemic.

      Pros

      The company has a supportive team environment. Coworkers are friendly and there to share knowledge. There are good opportunities to learn, take ownership, and grow professionally. Leadership is approachable, the culture is friendly and hardworking. Teams are small so in your role you will have diversity in tasks. Because it is a small company everyone knows one another which creates a welcoming environment.

      Could be a pro or con depending who you ask however it is a small-midsize company so teams are on the small side.
