I have been working at Build Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Ability to make an impact, flexibility to work on interesting projects, teams are great for the most part and the company really tries to emphasize teamwork through trainings and other activities across the organization. The management team is also approachable and seems to really care about the people here.

    Cons

Sometimes the hours can be long, but it’s cyclical, and my manager tries to be flexible.

I worked at Build Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They have high aspirations. Projects are challenging and people are good to work with for the most part. They empower their employees and hold them
    accountable.

    Cons

High aspirations, low integrity. High turnover. The company operates very lean, doesn't invest in resources for the employees and don't invest in their employees. Projects are bid lean, understaffed which leads to lack of quality and a poor reputation with owners.
