      Work-life balance is great, flexible schedule, work from home

      Cons

      Goals can be hard to achieve at times, level of work expected doesn't match up with time allotted, not a lot of room for upward mobility it seems

      Autonomy, lots of ways to spend your day.

      Cons

      BAD commission structure. Have to close 20k in NB a month to be eligible for any commission. Only receive commission on sales AFTER the 20k threshold has been reached. Commission is 25% of closed business after threshold is reached. 20k = 0 commission, $21k = 25% of 1k = $250 in commission. If you don't hit 20k, your average is rolled into the next month. If you have a bad couple months, you may have to sell upwards of $40k to even be eligible to receive commission on sales AFTER that threshold. Total scam and management does not give a damn at all.
