      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Generous time off. Autonomy.

      Cons

      Weak leadership at times (now). Many tenured teachers have a really negative attitude. Lots of new ideas that never get fully implemented. Bad apples never get dealt with.

      Pay and schedule. Benefits are good

      Cons

      Upper management is pure evil. There is a lot of bad stuff they are hiding and boy if you say something you will be crucified. All those smiling happy people turn on you hard. The mental stress this place has caused me is unreal.
