      Disorganized, not a lot of help when needed. The motto of flying the plane while still building it makes the job more stressful.

      Great students! Wonderful support from community and families.

      Cons

      Upper administration is completely self-absorbed and notoriously retaliatory if you speak out or disagree. Do not typically promote from within, preferring the buddy system and friends of friends.
