      Pros

      This is by far the best place I have worked. I have never been at a place where the access to upper management and the CEO was so easy. They truly set you up to succeed, and different teams really work together well with a collective goal in mind. Incredible work-life balance but the standards are very high! You will have great co-workers that want you to do well, and you will be noticed and awarded for accomplishments. I love the transparency, and it by far separates ButterflyMX from the rest!

      Cons

      I would say that the based salary is a bit lower compared to other companies with the same position - however the other things the company provides like opportunities for commission/bonuses definitely helps out.

      Pros

      - A focus on learning and career growth. - Clear expectations. - Personable management and a great sense of community. - Great writing assignments. - Wonderful culture.

      Cons

      - The workflow was occasionally erratic, with exciting ideas sometimes overtaking tried and true systems. Upon retrospect, this wasn't that big of a deal.
