Loved the actual job. It provided opportunity to grow & develop new skills. It was challenging and creative.

Some managers played favorites, and it showed. Some very long days/into nights.

most hourly employees friendly and worked as a team to ensure orders were processed on time with correct products. No production took place it was just repackage items received from overseas products from china

Management was not involved with the everyday production, only time they became involved was when a complaint from customer or salesmen had offered goods or time line that was not practical , Management was ran using the good oie boy club, with friends placed in managerial position with no education or training leaving some lower level employee to do the section managers duties. Employees were temps 90% and replaced in few months with new temps the next day. NO long term jobs unless in the boys club, then not safe for long depending on moods.
