A great place to learn and thrive.

Lots of opportunity to learn a variety of skills and marketing software. A professional environment that allows you to have a good work/life balance. The ability to work remotely is also a major plus. I would say one of the most important thing about this position is it keeps you on your toes and presents a healthy amount of challenge. It is a small office, that allows for open communication between the team.
Cons
Some of the projects that only have data entry can get repetitive, but it can be a good break from making phone calls. If the team is too divided on projects it can hamper the ability to make significant headway on getting a wide variety of leads for a project. Can be very fast paced at times and you may not always know the best route to take, but making sure to ask questions when you are confused or not sure is a must.

amazing team, smart, motivated, appreciate the effort in fostering team work. Some interesting projects, others felt more transactional. Nice perks-team lunches, periodic bonuses, competitive compensation for the job and area.
Cons
extremely fast paced, sometimes high pressure and other times lulls.

Exposure to many industries from video games, tech, healthcare, manufacturing. it's a good place to start your career to get a decent footing on various aspects of market research, consulting, UX, product development. Flexible hours Able to work remotely as needed
Cons
Very fast turn around, deliverables and expectations from lcients. Unless you have a government or non profit project, for profit corporations especially in the tech space think people are waiting by their mobile phones and emails for market research studies. Also we had to weed out people who tried to manipulate the market research industry so there are a lot of quality assurance standards that had to be followed to vet participants. Some people want an easy job where they don't necessarily have to think.
