Pros
Work life balance. If lucky enough to work in the right team, can learn and earn a lot. Can survive here for years even without working on anything. Best place for people to get a good package and stay until your retirement. A good hike can be achieved by just having a sweet talk and gossiping with your manager every now and then.
Cons
No appreciation for hard working people. Both hard working and not at all working people are treated as the same. Not a place for highly skilled and future oriented people. Doesn't appreciate people who are pillars of the company and have seen them leave all due to bad management.
