Pros
Fast changing technology. They are able to adapt to the changes . CBA is heavily investing on AI . Lots and lots of trainings provided and of top notch quality. Good place to grow . The company has completely transformed like a startup in last 2 to 3 years . They are no longer the traditional banks
Cons
Getting into the org is bit difficult as references only works and most positions will be filled by internal ppl . Also they are pushing heavily to CBA india . Ppl are getting crazy salary over there . CBA strategy in few years will be to operate IT completely from offshore
