Pros
There are great people at CCC that have been there for many years and are knowledgeable at what they do. It was a great company with a great reputation in the past, however the original family owners were forced out 2-3 years ago and the company has declined ever since.
Cons
Executive management is unsophisticated, outdated, regressive, and adversarial to employees. Current CEO has overseen revenue losses over 200M dollars in just 2-3 years, and is failing to capitalize on a market upswing. They generally have a very antiquated and hugely ineffective management style, and the results are proof. Also it is an ESOP, so there are no shareholders to hold executives accountable and the Board of Directors is populated by the same executives and like minded ex-employees.
