      Pros

      There are great people at CCC that have been there for many years and are knowledgeable at what they do. It was a great company with a great reputation in the past, however the original family owners were forced out 2-3 years ago and the company has declined ever since.

      Cons

      Executive management is unsophisticated, outdated, regressive, and adversarial to employees. Current CEO has overseen revenue losses over 200M dollars in just 2-3 years, and is failing to capitalize on a market upswing. They generally have a very antiquated and hugely ineffective management style, and the results are proof. Also it is an ESOP, so there are no shareholders to hold executives accountable and the Board of Directors is populated by the same executives and like minded ex-employees.

      Pros

      You can work allot of hours and make good money. The company is also very safety conscious, which is always a good thing.

      Cons

      There really is no loyalty to the employees. They kept us in the dark about everything, all the way to the end. Finally we were called to an all hands meeting after a rumor of a lay off . They told us CCC GROUP was losing they're contract but we didn't have to worry about our jobs. The next day after lunch they started rounding up boxes by the dozens. 300people were layed off and it wasn't that we lost our jobs because all construction comes to an end, its that we were lied to about it all the way till the end and wasn't given a chance to prepare or line up a new job.

      Pros

      The people who work here are great people. They are friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      Management is very poor. It is truly a good ole boys network. They say the want change, but then the C-Suite are the very ones that fight the change. No one in upper management will back a new procedure or process. They just let everyone do what they want to do.
