Pros
Colleagues are amazing, knowledgeable, and actually care for the mission and one another. Annual leave is good, remote working, great global workforce (once was even more global)
Cons
Senior teams and leadership have destroyed everything CDP stood for. Restructure after restructure to cut costs and create efficiencies, all whilst they see huge pay rises and others see meagre increases and more work. An environmental NP that flies LT across the globe for away days. No longer an org where you can respectfully challenge seniority. Have to babysit some of LT when they come out with ludicrous and ridiculous ideas for the org. Because they have no idea about the actual work that goes into running CDP. No real development opportunities, easy to feel stagnated, any ideas that you do have never see the light of day due to no processes, no resources, and no care from seniors.
