Pros

- For the most part good, hardworking colleagues

Cons

- Very disconnected leadership who make decisions without staff input or buy in. Leadership is unwilling to see to how this mismanagement impacts staff - Constant restructures that lead to even more disorganization than the previous one. - Very limited opportunities for career advancement - Disorganization and outdated systems and processes means that tasks that should be simple take months longer than they need to - Feels like working at a corporation with none of the benefits or organization

Pros

Flexible WFH and Great Colleagues

Cons

If you've read the previous reviews, the are 100% accurate . CDP was recently acquired by a private equity firm and has two company-wide reorgs in the past few years, resulting in around 20% of colleagues to be laid off. Many of us have accepted lower salaries because we believed in the orgs mission and the positive impact of its work. Meanwhile, senior leadership continues to receive very substantial compensation packages, often exceeding $500K. With this recent sale, there is considerable uncertainty about what lies ahead. Many employees are concerned about further org changes, additional cost-cutting measures, and the possibility of future redundancies. While nobody can predict exactly what will happen, morale has been significantly affected by the level of uncertainty. Don't walk, RUN!
