      The culture is very inclusive. The management team encourages growth. Open door policy throughout the company. Very involved in the community. Definitely in a growth phase!

      Cons

      The company is in a growth phase, so expect to put in work. If you are the kind of person who likes to do the bare minimum, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      Get to work at your own pace. Do not have to chase leads. Everyone is a team. Manager is great! Flexing out is an option.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, no WFH option to branch originators only internet team.

      12 week internship on a team that is super helpful and willing to work with someone new to help them grow

      The entire team is remote while the intern is in office
