      Pros

      I worked in CERTI as a Software developer. They have a good work environment and team is really social. The projects variety is very wide and one can work on many different areas developing software for many different platforms.

      Cons

      Although it is a great place to learn and start your career, they didn't have a outlined career plan for the employees. Sometimes the instructions to grow were a bit vague and not well defined.

      Pros

      - Really good environment. - Flexible scheduling. - Coffe machine. - You will be pushed to learn new stuff. - Great work/life balance. - Good incentives to improve knowledge. People are friendly and the environment doesn't pressure you over the edge. Usually the projects are very motivating, and although promotions take too long to happen, they point very clearly what you need to accomplish (and what the company needs to accomplish) for you to grow.

      Cons

      - Doesn't pay much. - It rellies heavily on projects with associated companies and governments (not self suficient). - Lack of parking slots.
