      Pros

      Working with good people who do good work on behalf of the American public. Good location. Great environment (aesthetics). Relatively small staff.

      Cons

      Senior staff are largely incompetent. Very poor communication between departments due to senior staff's territoriality. Far too much "smoke and mirrors" for so small an organization.

      No room to move up, promotion happens heavily from outside the organization, driving out top performers.
