      Hello, Thank you for your feedback! We are delighted to read such positive comments. Regarding salaries, we strive to reassess them annually during the NAO. As such, following the NAO for 2023, we have decided on a general increase of +3% for our employees, with an annual gross minimum of 1,200 euros for full-time positions. Additionally, there is an annual 2023 allocation dedicated to individual increases of 1.5% of each company's payroll.
