Modern and well-equipped offices that are easy to reach via public transport. Flexible working hours (home office etc. possible); benefits like a small carpool, regular after work events, in-house training (e.g., communications or sales seminars) and meal allowance included.

Pay (at least for interns) could be better. And as pretty much always in consulting jobs: one has to be able to deal with time pressure and deadlines on a routine basis.

Good learning curve for interns. Introduction to the life of a consultant. Good team spirit and frequent team events. Structured and challenging internship program. Good feedback from Management.

In some cases long working hours for interns concerning unimportant Excel or PPT work. Below market average salary and boni. Additional hours are not compensated. Bonus is adjusted to "face time" principle and not for actual work results.
