Pros

Office location, Medicash, Kitchen facilities

Cons

Company does not value staff resulting in high turnover, opportunity to progress available to select few, dirty offices, disorganised work culture, no training provided, lack of communication, underhanded management tactics. No training provided, disorganised and inconsistent atmosphere. No concern for mental health or well being of staff members, strong lack of empathy for customers within this business. No job security even for those with permanent contracts. Management openly talk negatively about staff members within the office. Company does not value staff resulting in high turnover, opportunity to progress available to select few, dirty offices, disorganised work culture, no training provided, lack of communication, underhanded management tactics. Systems are slow and unreliable Emphasis on figures and micro-managing to close customer concerns within the system rather than resolve them, this role consists of quantity over quality. Several staff members have been bullied out of this company by management. CMA CGM do not value staff members, this is a horrible place to work if you wish to progress or have a career within the shipping industry. Overtime is not available to everyone and only a select few staff members will be presented with the opportunity to progress. Pay is low when compared with other similar roles within this industry. Overall avoid this company, would not work here again or recommend.
