People having experience in good IT companies will not find any pros in this company
Cons
Salaries are not paid on time. Employees don't get communication about salary delays. One should negotiate for smaller percentage of variable pay as they this amount quarterly basis. Need to spend good amount of time and energy on following up with HR regarding salary and variable pay. There are hardly any processes. The certifications like ISO are bogus. Even the technical people get dilapidated laptops. Many of the software products used by the company are crack versions. Really shameless people!
