Pros
I have been working for CMX Austin for a couple of months now and I have learned so much from the company. Everyone in the office is patient and willing to work with you to improve. As long as you have a great work ethic and student mentality you will go far with this company. I have only been here a short period of time and I have seen so many people go through the management training program.
Yes during this job you have to sell a product, yes you have to work long hours and yes sometimes you are outside in the hot sun....However, they promote from within meaning you work your way out of sales. Basically once you run a team and start your own business you know the ins and outs of every aspect because you have experienced it.
Cons
The hours are long but the progression is fast. They also work with you if you go to school or have other obligations.
