      - Competitive salary - Working with a very strong team of engineers and developers - Lots to work on with a large variety of tickets - Constant improvment and performance mentoring through curated and well thought out goals/objectives (Biggest Pro imo) - Overall a friendly team to work with

      Cons

      - One or two members of tech-management werent so friendly and were quite difficult to work with
