No chance of progression unless you've been there for years. CEO seems more interested in showing off new expensive cars & the USA venture than focusing on quality of the product they have for the UK.
Development & Marketing/Sales sides of the business were split into two offices which highlighted the divide even further.
Communication both in department & across departments needs to be greatly improved. Sales were often selling products that were yet to be implemented which put great pressure on development & at the same time development were not making sales aware of new features/bug fixes.
Support staff were vastly unappreciated & then management wondered why that team had such a high turnover.
The working environment itself was negative, sexist & altogether toxic for junior members on both sides of the business. Office was falling apart but company has stayed there because it's cheap & close to the CEO's house (When the majority of staff have a long commute) who was actually in the office twice a week if that.
HR was none existant & you never knew when the CEO's wife was going to be in the office so it was incredibly hard to raise any concerns.
