      Good environment and nice colleagues who will guide you through your learning

      Cons

      You need to learn a lot of materials, go through tests for the knowledge attained, and lots more. Your mentor will watch you and follow you during your first few weeks/days. It’s suffocating and the pay is not worth all that effort.
