I really enjoyed my time working at COTS. The staff was amazing. The job was challenging but very rewarding.

I don't have anything negative to say.

Excellent benefits, above-average pay in the local sector, and supportive supervisors. All of the managers know the programs really well and we keep growing so there is a lot of room to advance. Wish COTS gave retirement contributions but otherwise very happy here. Much better than other nonprofits I have worked for.
