At CPC, drivers are compensated for every minute of on-duty time. With time and a half for anything over eight hours. Weekly paychecks usually have a healthy amount of overtime. It can be tough to schedule off duty activities and appointments. Loads are reliant on multiple team members from loading at the warehouse to relays bringing your trailer to you. Weather and breakdowns can affect everyone's schedules - you have to be flexible. Hopefully you have family and friends who understand.

CPC does not own trucks, they deal with private fleets, supplying the Drivers.
