Paychecks are good. Make decent money.

Cons

Slip Seat, shared trucks. Trucks governed very slow, between 62 and 64 MPH, no passing power on the road at all. Driver facing cameras, and no smoking in the trucks. Gets old, seeing as a truck driver spends the majority of his waking hours in or around the truck. Equipment is owned by the Contracted Customer, who sets the rules regarding the equipment. CPC does not own trucks, they deal with private fleets, supplying the Drivers.

Cons

Owners I can't speak highly enough about! Middle Managers on the acquired temp to hire vertical not equipped with knowledge required to govern compliance or generate revenue.
