Every other job or company feels so much easier, every team is friendlier and more cohesive, everything is just better, because at least it's not CPL. This includes jobs where I was spat at and sworn at. I'd pick these over working here again.

I am not exagerrating when I say I cried every day before heading into work. I didn't last long, because the Managing Director was such a vicious bully who made up for his inability to communicate with mouth-frothing, eye-bulging aggression. That man later went on to be CTO, so good to see talent gets recognised there (/s).

The people at CPL are a great bunch to work with, everyone is friendly and helpful and always open to helping out to make your job easier. They generally work with hospitality and leisure clients so there’s opportunities to work with some great brands.

The pay structure is lower than the average wage for many roles in the business. There is bonus payments available for some client manager roles but these are normally only for those working with high value clients, which is a bit unfair for those people working on account growth. CPL have just made mass redundancies as a result of Covid-19.
